Head Coach - Frank Accetta

Soccer has always been a major part of Coach Frank's life. He started out playing goalkeeper for Keystone Oaks High-school and attained MVP honors in 1987. During that time, Coach Frank traveled overseas for Team USA, visiting Denmark, Sweden, Russia, Germany, and Czechoslovakia. Frank moved on to play collegiate soccer at Slippery Rock University as the goalkeeper. He started his coaching career as head coach for Westinghouse in 1994. From there, Coach Frank was the head girls soccer coach at Perry, Schenley, Knoch, and Keystone Oaks. He was also the head coach for the middle school girls soccer at Frick and Obama, capturing 5 city league championships between the years 2007-2014. From 2005-2008, Coach Frank was head coach for the Arsenal U-19 cup team. Coach Frank has been head coach for the Deer Lakes girls soccer program for 4 years. Along with coaching, Coach Frank has been a PIAA soccer official since 1994 in which time he refereed the WPIAL Single A Championship in 2017. Coach Frank has also been the announcer for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds since 2015. 


Assistant Coach - Jeff Boulos

Jeff Boulos is currently the assistant coach for the Deer Lakes High School girls soccer team.  Coach Boulos previously spent 2 years as the Deer Lakes Middle School girls coach and 19 years as the freshmen boys soccer coach in the North Hills School District.  In his time at North Hills, his teams won three section 4 championships.  Coach Boulos holds a USSF National “D” Coaching License, a NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 1 Diploma and a USF State Level 1 Futsal License.  He is also currently the coach of the Hotspurs Elite 2002 Girls team for the Hotspurs Classic Soccer Club and has been the Director of Coaching for the Deer Lakes Soccer Club since 2012.  Coach Boulos played collegiate soccer at York College of Pennsylvania and was team captain during his junior and senior seasons.  He earned CAC All-Conference honors twice.  Coach Boulos resides in Deer Lakes with his wife Nichole and daughters Abigail and Madeline.  He can be contacted at
